Reece from Pulz Productions states he's been under negotiations to acquire Ynot and all of its properties. I have not been able to get in touch with Bob yet re: this.

Things have gone far enough. Thank you for speaking out JP this needed doing sooner rather than later.

Britishbucks was another of Pulz's acquisitions. If this hadn't all come to light today I would have lost my WHOLE company! My 50% paypal payment was charged back last night under a fraud investigation. I am so happy this happened before anything was transferred.

If anyone has any questions regarding any of this please contact me. My company and myself have lost a severe amount of time and revenue for work done with pulz productions.

I hereby publicly renounce any connection between myself and my company to Pulz Productions.

I am a very VERY unhappy bunny right now! I am expecting the next charge back to be wages paid to me by Pulz Productions. If this happens I WILL be filling charges.

Im not going to sit here and explain the problem, obviously people have made there assumptions.

I will respond once I get this rectified.

The one thing I would like to point out is that theres alot of facts that are wrong in this post, im not blaming anyone in perticular as dont want to get drawn into a long arguement.

Looks like a whole lot of companies may of gotten scammed. If this is true, I do have to say I'm glad to hear that you hadn't transferred property/ownership of your sites to them Sam. Regaining control of domain ownership via the courts is a lengthy and expensive prospect.

At moment i really have no idea wot is goin on...i agree that things really do look bad, and i can apprechiate that people seem to be being screwed over. but im miffed as to why my name has been used against things above i have not said.

I am extremely confused at moment and i think everyone involved needs to get 2gether and talk this through. We ALL know enough bitching and biterness goes on in this industry and we all know how much of a cut-throat industry it is and that is why i implore all those involved to talk this through.

Factual Update:

I want to be fair to all parties at all times, and got this alert out quickly because I feared some that I know and respect in this industry were getting hurt. Here are some new facts to update my original post:

Samebb's Amount of Chargeback: Samebb claims it was for nearly $30,000 US. Reece from Pulz claims it was a $8,000 US and that Samebb was mistaken as it wasn't a chargeback, it was simply held until funds were validated. I have no way of independantly validating the actual amount.

CCBill: Total amount of Pulz's sponsorship was $20,000, total amount of chargeback was $11,000 according to Reece.


Reece says that he will be explaining the chargebacks shortly in a public statement, and will get everyone the money that they are owed.

I just wanted to ad to this thread a bit of information. We have been told that Reece informed someone zBUCKz had already been bought by Pulz for 2 million dollars, in order to try to buy up their companies. While we did negotiate a sale with Reece, we never closed any deals and certainly have not, and will not, be selling our company to Pulz Productions, for the reasons you stated in this thread above JP.

I definitely think you have some explaining to do Reece, as a lot of members of the adult community I have been talking to are very frightened to do business with you, ourselves included.
